Stock

While we endeavour to make sure the stock figures are correct at the time you place an order. If once we are processing the order we find the item has insufficient stock to satisfy your order we will email you immediately giving you the option of a refund or to wait until the stock becomes available.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch the order by the next working day of receipt. Dependant on volume and the carrier there may be delays but equally in some cases dispatch may be same day.

Delivery

Delivery to the UK is normally within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch and is normally by Royal mail Tracked 48 (though in the case of extremely large parcels it may be delivered by another carrier but the customer willbe unformed in these extreme cases. Orders are charged a delivery charge of £2.99 if the cost of the goods (not including delivery) is under £30 or free if the cost of goods is £30 or over. At times of extra demand e.g. just before Christmas it may take the carriers longer to make the deliveries.

At the moment we are unable to deliver outside the UK this unfortunately also includes the Channel Islands.
