If an item says it's in stock is it really?
Unlike some online companies our stock is based on the physical stock. If a product shows as in stock it should be available for you to order. This is why we always try to pick and ship orders as soon as possible. If once we are processing the order we find the item has insufficient stock to satisfy your order we will email you immediately giving you the option of a refund or to wait until the stock becomes available.
I have a problem with my product or order, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that you have a problem with your product or order. Please contact us here with your name, preferred delivery address, your order number and if necessary a photograph of the problem.
I have received an email to say my order is being processed when will it be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days after receiving the order. The actual time between us receiving the order though is often much shorter with most orders being picked and going out the same or next day.
I have received an email to say my order has been dispatched when will it arrive?
The majority of orders will be sent out using the Royal Mail these orders will normally arrive 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. In certain cases because of operating constraints for example particularly large parcels they may be sent by a different carrier which and should this be the case you will be notified together with any tracking information. If your order hasn't arrived 7 days after you receive the dispatch email. Please contact us here and we will check with the carrier.
